This foam comes already soaked and cleaned in a vacuum sealed bag. Place sea moss in a smoothie and blend or add to liquid of your choice and blend, then consume. Our foam never comes into contact with water. We soak and clean our moss in organic Aloe Vera juice straight from the leaf so all the hard work is done. All you have to do upon receipt is refrigerate between consumptions and when you decide to consume, your steps are limited.
Absolutely DO NOT boil the foam! It is packed with so much nutritional value that once you boil it, its nutritional value runs out. One of the main recipe modifications is DO NOT BOIL! Thanks later.
Once you’ve made this sea moss into a gel, it can be added to literally anything and as long as what you’re adding it to has a flavor, it will mask the taste of the moss. The recommended amount to consume daily is 1 tablespoon per person.
