Buy Magic Mushroom Spore Syringe (Mckennaii psilocybe cubensis) online. Mckennaii20ccMagic Mushroom Spore Syringes are produced under sterile conditions and should be stored in the dark and refrigerated (2–8 °C) to increase the shelf life of Cubensis spores.
Content
- 1 x 20 cc of Mckennaii spore solution in a 20 ml syringe
- 1x sterile needle
- 4x Alco prep li>
Special solution
Spores of Mckennaii cubensis are dissolved in an organic solution that has been specifically created to enhance spore quality.
Compared to water-based spore solutions, you will get higher yields, stronger mycelium, and faster colonization with this special spore solution. Buy Magic Mushroom Spore Syringe (Mckennaii psilocybe cubensis) online
Why these syringes are better than other spore syringes
- The spores are 100% free of contaminants and are very resistant to contaminants after leaving the syringe.
- Spores no longer stick to the sides of the syringes, making them easier to handle and requiring more parts per milliliter (500 g/ml).
- The solution strengthens the resistance of the mycelium.
- Faster colonization of substrate and cakes.
improved shelf life. More than 6 months older; now 18 months.
contains nutrients to “restart” the spores during inoculation.
How to use the Mckennaii Spore Syringe
At the end of the syringe where the needle goes, a lever lock cap contains the Mckennaii spore solution. With this lever lock cap installed, the Mckennaii Spore Syringe is easy to carry and store.
Make sure you work as cleanly as possible. Use a face mask, sterile gloves, and/or hand sanitizer. Hold the Mckennaii spore syringe with the Luer Lock cap pointed up in front of you. Remove the lever lock cap by unscrewing it counterclockwise. Remove the needle from its sterile package and screw it onto the spore syringe for Mckennaii. Shake the spore syringe vigorously for 10 seconds before removing the protective needle cap.
To continue from here, you have several methods to choose from:
Deposit the spore solution on the substrate
After preparing your own substrate or cakes, you can drop the Mckennaii spore solution directly from the syringe onto them. Slowly press the plunger so that drops of spore solution come out of the needle. Each drop that will be in contact with the substrate will be a potential mycelium growth point, so spread these drops all over the substrate to evenly colonize the substrate with mycelium.
How many cakes can you make with a spore syringe?
A 20-cc spore syringe can easily colonize 6 liters or 13 pints of substrate.
Injection through the injection ports
This is almost identical to dropping the spore solution onto the substrate. Open the injection port by pulling on the port protection cap. Use alcohol preparation to sterilize the entrance to the injection port. Pierce the opening with the needle. Now, drop the spore solution evenly onto the substrate inside the spawn bag or grow box. Once the Mckennaii spore solution is injected, remove the syringe and close the injection port with the port protection cap.
Study the spores and do research using a microscope
From a scientific point of view, all Psilocybe cubensis are the same. However, their appearance and fruiting rate (phenotype) vary somewhat. There are different distinct phenotypes of Psilocybe cubensis. These several cubensis are not subspecies but rather distinct strains. Mckennaii is a strain of Psilocybe cubensis.
Phenotypic distinctions are visible to the human eye, but true beauty lies under the microscope. The wonderful world of spores Many of our customers are scientists or hobbyists who study these distinctions in home laboratories. After preparing the microscope slide, place a small amount of the Mckennaii spore solution on it. Cover the specimen with a covering glass for a microscope. 1000x or more is the optimal magnification for studying Psilocybe cubensis and Panaeolus cyanescens spores.
Using Liquid Culture Media with the Spore Syringe
The liquid in which Mckennaii cubensis spores are dissolved stimulates the development of the mycelium. We do not suggest using liquid culture growing media to strengthen the mycelium. If you want to grow liquid cultures, we recommend choosing the Mckennaii Professional Spore Bottle over the Mckennaii Spore Syringe. If you would like to experiment with this Mckennaii spore syringe and liquid culture medium, we would love to hear about your findings.
How to store a spore syringe
The Mckennaii Spore Syringe should be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C, or 35°F and 46°F. The shelf life of the spore syringe is at least 12 months after it leaves our warehouse.
