Do you ship to my country?Not all products can be shipped to all countries, some products have shipping restrictions. You can find these restrictions in the additional product information. Please be aware that it is the customers’ responsibility to only order products that are legal in their country. Psilocybe Mushrooms is not aware of the legal status of our products in other countries. For more information, we would like to direct you to your government website.
Your delivery address
- Make sure the delivery address you provide is a residential or business address.
- Do not use a PO box, post office or delivery station as a delivery address. These addresses cannot be delivered to.
Please check your shipping address when you place an order!
- Be sure to provide a full name, street name, house number, zip code, city and country. (for addresses without postal codes, use 0000)
- For delivery outside the Netherlands, it is recommended to include your telephone number in the payment form under your contact details so that the delivery company can contact you if necessary.
- When the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed!
- When you make a mistake in the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to change it. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make changes. Your order will be returned to us and we can resend it once you have paid the new reshipping costs.
When will I receive my order?
- When we receive your payment, you will receive a status update via email and your order will be processed.
- Your order will be shipped the same or next business day. If the products you ordered are in stock
- Once the order has been handed over to the shipping company, you will receive another email with a tracking code.
- The tracking code provided will notify you of the estimated delivery date of the package to your address or pickup location (if you selected UPS Access Point as your shipping method)
